An item was delivered damaged? Or the delivered quantity was not correct? To register a return, please fill out our Return Form and send it to retoure@lichtbasis.de. Our Customer Service will get in touch with you.

We kindly ask you not to return the goods until then. Thank you very much.

How long does it take to process my return?

Our Customer Service makes every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. Depending on the reason for the return, we will talk to the manufacturer and ask for your understanding if this results in longer processing times. You can help us by filling out the Return Form with as much detail as possible and sending us pictures.
